You get one chance at life, so why not make it freaking amazing? Do what makes you happy and forget the rest.
This blog started out in June 2011 as a DIY blog/outfits blog known to many as "Doing It The Gracie Way". I was 16, young and silly. I'd still like to think I'm young and silly, but with a side dish of maturity. I had no clear idea on what this was going to be and to be honest I'm still not sure I even know now. I just wanted to produce some sort of content which I was proud of and happy to share. And I did. I dressed up in front of a brick wall pulling silly poses. It was fun. But as I grew up more, I began to do it less and less. I'm not exactly sure why. I guess a part of me was just plain lazy, but at the same time I honestly just feel like I'm so much more busier than when I was a 16 year-old. So now the blog has shifted to me giving the occasional updates on what's been happening in my life. For period of time I had "blogger's block", putting content up because I felt like I should but not because it was worthy. Luckily, I have since moved away from that. But I want to travel and I want to learn and absorb and explore what beauty the world has to offer. So the blog now sits as a time capsule of sorts. It's my documentation of my life as I grow and as I change. Life has so much to offer and I'm ready to take on whatever it chucks at me. And oh a bit about me before I finish up. I'm an architecture student, born and raised in the beautiful city of Sydney. Chinese heritage, avid amateur photographer, painter, sketcher, thinker, tea drinker and occasional karaoke superstar (not a good one but).
